No responsibility is accepted in respect of this product other than responsibilities mandatorily imposed by statutes applicable to the sale of supply of these good.

RADICATE is currently only for sale in AUSTRALIA, We are working with agents to get supply to New Zealand by 2023.

RADICATE generally arranges transport the same or following business day. Depending on your location, it could take up to a week to arrive once it has been picked up. We will advise you of the dispatch date by email. There are times when there are delays or unforeseen circumstances which are outside our control. If you haven’t received your items two weeks from the purchase date, please contact us.

Freight costs will be added after they are known, Freight starts at $100 for 1-4 Drums. Invoice will be emailed with a 30 day payment.

Of course we will replace the goods if they arrived damaged. Please take a photograph and email us to arrange replacement. If the goods are damaged in transit they are normally not delivered under The Dangerous Goods Act.

From 1st January 2020 until further notice, we will not offer the facility to return goods for a refund where you have simply changed your mind about products purchased or you ordered too much, RADICATE legally has a 5 year use by date and shelf life has been proven to last 20 years.
